Hello everyone, My name is Julie AMAR, and I am passionate about baking. From a young age, I was always fascinated by the art of creating sweet treats, and this passion ultimately led me to a radical life change. From Nurse Anesthetist to Pastry Chef: My journey has not been linear. Before devoting myself to pastry, I worked for several years as a nurse anesthetist.
